Responsibilities:
Conduct completed analysis of market for identifying potential markets;
Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
Coordinate trade shows, regional meetings, conventions and varied activities for Sales Group;
Manage sales and marketing literature for every market;
Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Identify and present person for qualification and distribution of all incoming inquiries through phone, mail or web site;
Assist with all strategic planning as required;
Develop price quotations, presentations and proposals for Market Managers as well as Sales Representatives as required;
Support sales team with all sample requests;
Requirements:
Relevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution;
Previous Marketing experience in a similar environment
Ability to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
Proven organizational and planning skills
Ability to work under pressure at all times
Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management
Fluent in English, Chinese and a second foreign language will be a plus;
Strong attention to details and high ability in high pressure;
Communication and team management skills
